Grotto home for homeless receives $22,400 for construction of a new septic tank at Bellevue Rawle11/17/2016 The grotto home for the homeless has received over $20,000 towards construction of a new septic tank at their location in Bellevue Rawle. The President's Charities Foundation Erika Relief Fund on Monday contributed $22,400 to the Grotto Home, for a new septic tank. Public Relations officer for the Grotto Home for the Homeless, Parry Bellot, received the cheques on behalf of the organization. Meantime, construction works have been underway at the new home in Bellevue Rawle since 2008. And although the government of Dominica along with other organizations have made donations to the institution, challenges still remain.
