Head of ECCO warns Dominica and other Caribbean islands could lose out on US trade concessions12/30/2015 If what the regional chairman of the Eastern Caribbean Collective organization for music rights (ECCO) is true, Dominica and the other Caribbean islands could lose out of trade concessions to the United States.
According to McCarthy Marie Dominica and the region has until February 2016 to hold a meeting with trade ministers to address the issue of piracy as it relates to American television signals and music.He says failure to hold such a meeting could result in the implementation of measures to remove trade concessions to the United States that are already in effect.
