Indiscriminate dumping of garbage around the city of Roseau condemned by the Mayor of Roseau

The indiscriminate dumping of garbage around the city of Roseau is upsetting to the Mayor of Roseau.
Mayor Irene John says Dominicans have developed a culture for littering.
The Ministry of Tourism & Urban Renewal in collaboration with the Roseau City Council have embarked on a daily clean up campaign around the city.
However, the Mayor says  while the men are cleaning up the streets, people are littering.
John says Dominica would be a better place to live in if citizens were aware and more mindful of their environment.
