Three farmers from Laplaine are accusing the Laplaine MP, Petter St. Jean and his son of kidnapping and battery.
According to the allegations, St. Jean held three men in the basement of his house for allegedly stealing from his farm. The farmers however, have denied these allegations.
And according to one farmer, Sylvanus Jno Baptiste, they were whipped by the Minister and his son for the alleged crime.
Jno Baptiste made those allegations in an interview with Chairman of the Laplaine Disaster Preparedness Committee Jason Fontaine.
