Meanwhile Opposition Leader, Lennox Linton, says Chartered Accountant Kieron Pinard-Byrne will not be receiving funds by way of Banker's draft or certified cheque.
In a letter to Linton, lawyers representing Pinard-Byrne, demanded that payment has to be made in full in pound sterling, or its equivalent in Eastern Caribbean dollars, at the prevailing exchange rate applicable on the date of payment, to their Chambers by way of a Banker’s draft or by certified cheque.
Linton says he will be honouring the privy council order which does not give any form in which the funds must be submitted.
