One man is suing a doctor at the Princess Margaret Hospital and the Attorney General for what he calls negligence diagnosis.
According to an article on the Sun Newspaper, lawyers representing Arthur Recker Shillingford, say a doctor wrongly diagnosed him and his prostate was removed.

In court papers, lawyers Julian Prevost and Cara Shillingford, said as a result of the doctor's negligence, their client suffered injury, loss and damages amounting to $251,726.27.
