Marigot MP says DLP showed no regard to the protection of a child’s character in the June 7 By-Election
Marigot MP Lennox Linton says during the June 7 by-election campaign, the DLP did not display any commitment to the protection of a child’s character, which was allegedly impacted by a prominent individual.
Linton added that the UWP was expecting the constituents of the Soufriere Constituency to look at their present situation, and reflect on the past 16 years of dependency that the governing DLP has implemented, through their style of politics in the country.
Linton says the results of the June 7th By-Election may be viewed by some, as a clear reflection on the people who voted, who did not care about the credible policies and issues that the UWP presented.
