NCCU releases an apology and condemnatory message to its customers and investors after being a victim of a “Zoom Bombing” session. Zoom bombing or Zoom raiding refers to the unwanted, disruptive intrusion, generally by Internet trolls, into a video-conference call. Marketing Manager of the NCCU Shari Pascal Marooni in a public address made clear the stance of their cooperative, which strongly condemns any Zoom Bombing acts, and lamented the realities of cyber security and the vulnerability that we all face in this new technical environment.

Ms. Pascal also highlighted that the main aim was, and still is to share the positive messages prepared by the NCCU and not the negatives that transpired. As a result, the NCCU Team will be moving forward via Facebook platforms, till a more secure cyber platform can be identified.
