Under the theme “Developing our lives, our communities, our identities without drugs”, the National Drug Abuse Prevention Unit is hosting an open air outreach program today Thursday, April 14, in the community of Antrizle, from 6pm at the Antrizle Bus stop.
The focus of this program will be to heighten the awareness of drug abuse and its negative impact on the community. Speakers at this event will include the environmental health officer, adult education officer and the Local parliamentary representative, among others.
Residents of Antrizle, Atkinson and environs are encouraged to attend in support of this activity.
