Police have currently launched investigations into a motor vehicular collision which claimed the life of one 17-year old female and left 3 injured on Wednesday evening.
The deceased has been identified by the police as Lhana Honore of Thibaud.
According to Police PRO, Sergeant Pelham Jno-Baptiste, the vehicle, driven by Josiah Joseph of Bourne along with three occupants, was travelling in an easterly direction on the Oliver Leblanc Highway when it collided with the concrete base of a solar lamp pole at around 7:15 pm.
All the occupants of the vehicle were taken to the Princess Margaret Hospital where they were examined. Darius and Sonilia Belle, of Cottage, were admitted while Joseph was discharged. Honore was pronounced dead by a medical doctor
