Opposition Leader Lennox Linton says there is a need for amendments to child protective legislation, in order to deter individuals from abusing minors.
He calls on the police, religious institutions and other civil organizations, to agree on a common course of action by which Dominica can defeat what he describes as the scourge of child abusers.
