Meanwhile, Opposition Leader Lennox Linton wants the case against several People of Salisbury, to be dropped.
Earlier this week some 31 Salisbury residents appeared before a St. Joseph Magistrate in relation to protests action taken in their community in May and June 2015, in their fight for access roads to their farms, and consequently for their economic survival.
Due to the unpreparedness on the part of the prosecution, the matter was adjourned to April 26th 2016.
Linton says five months later and the state has no case. "We cannot continue with this travesty" says Linton.
