Two anti-drug operations in Warner on Wednesday April 27th 2016, have resulted in the indictment of one male adult and the seizure of over 21,000 fully grown cannabis plants, €17,400 and 2 rounds of 12 gage ammunition. According to Police PRO, Sergeant Pelham Jno Baptiste, following the first operation, McPherson Alphonse of Warner, was arrested and charged after being met in a cultivation containing 21,126 fully grown cannabis plants valued at XCD$3,521,000. A search warrant executed on his premises also led to the discovery of €17,400. Meanwhile, a second operation in that same community led to the discovery of a cultivation containing almost 4,000 alleged cannabis plants 30 lbs of alleged cannabis weed and 2 rounds 12 gage ammunition.
