Pastor Randy Rodney contends that the mother of deceased kidnapper Keyan Alexander was best suited to get information from him to help find his kidnapped victim, 12-year-old Kernisha Ettienne

Host of the ‘Kingdom Connections’ show on Q95, Pastor Randy Rodney, believes deceased kidnapper Keyan Alexander's mother would have been the finest person to communicate with him and unearth any information that would have been significant to finding his kidnapped victim, 12-year-old Kernisha Ettienne. He thinks the police would have been unable to get any information from him for obvious reasons.
 
Pastor Rodney reiterates his previous statement that the island's police force needs a lot of improvements. He emphasizes that an organization will be doomed to failure, if its leader is unable to instill vision and purpose in it.

The mantra of police forces around the world is to protect and serve; he continued by saying that it appeared as though our police force had forgotten this. However, the police force in Dominica must have been told to torture and torment people because they don't seem to be able to prioritize problems and effectively handle them. According to him, the people of Dominica are the only ones who can bring about a change in leadership, sooner rather than later.
