Petite Savanne MP, Dr Kenneth Darroux, has weighed in on recent claims that the Dominican people have not benefitted from the Petro Caribe agreement. These allegations were made by Opposition UWP Senator Dr Thompson Fontaine. Darroux says works undergone by monies from the Petro Caribe agreement are tangible across the island.
