'Plan of Arrangement - BAICO & CLICO Act" Bill has been passed by Parliament

A Bill titled 'Plan of Arrangement - BAICO & CLICO Act" has been passed by Parliament.
Finance Minister & Prime Minister, Roosevelt Skerrit, introduced the Bill that will provide an arrangement or legal framework to aid in the  resolution of the insolvency of British American Insurance Company and Colonial Life Insurance Company CLICO.
This is the first of several Bills for the 7th Meeting of the First Session of the 9th Parliament.
Skerrit says he has always publicly opposed to saving in insurance companies.

Skerrit says he and other regional leaders will continue to fight for the best interest of the people of the region.
