That's word from PM Roosevelt Skerrit. On Wednesday the PM and his cabinet of ministers toured the construction of the Cabrits Resort Kempinski Hotel at Douglas Bay in Portsmouth. The hotel is being developed by Range Developments, one of Dominica's partners under the Citizenship by Investment Program. And according to him, there is a massive flow of foreign exchange coming in to Dominica. The 160 room Cabrits Resort Kempinksi Hotel is expected to be completed by 2018.
