The construction of the Cabrits Resort Kempinski is said to be having a major impact on Dominica's economy.
That's word from PM Roosevelt Skerrit.
On Wednesday the PM and his cabinet of ministers toured the construction of the Cabrits Resort Kempinski Hotel at Douglas Bay in Portsmouth.
The hotel is being developed by Range Developments, one of Dominica's partners under the Citizenship by Investment Program.
And according to him, there is a massive flow of foreign exchange coming in to Dominica.
Skerrit says the developers are also contracting several local service providers during the construction phase.
