Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has expressed concern over the silence expressed by the administrators of the Dominica State College whenever the institution comes under public criticism.
" What surprises me though, is that when the college is criticized publicly, those who lecture there and those who benefit from it remain silent" he said.
PM Skerrit says over $40M has been spent on the state college and it is the responsibility of the lecturers, students and parents to ensure the success of the institution.
The state college has in the past come under much criticism regarding the delivery of services at the learning institution.
