Prime Minister, Roosevelt Skerrit, has joined the ongoing debate on the current situation in Venezuela.
The South American country is in a full-fledged crisis with food and medicine in short supply and there has been an increase in violent crimes across the country. Speaking on the occasion marking the 11th anniversary of the establishment of Petro Caribe in Dominica Wednesday, Skerrit said the challenges facing Venezuela are not unique to Venezuela. He says many countries have gone through those challenges.
