Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has blasted the Leader of the Opposition for skipping out on the country's parliamentary debate last week, to participate in a 1000 patriots march in Roseau and Goodwill.
Last week the Opposition UWP held an event dubbed "One Thousand Patriots March" against what it called injustice in Dominica.
The March was held while members of parliament were deliberating during the 2016/2017 national budget.
Mr Skerrit says upon research, he has never heard of such instances where the Opposition Leader would miss out on the parliamentary debate under such circumstances.
Mr Skerrit says this shows why the Opposition leader is not suitable to be the "Country's" leader.
