Meanwhile, Dominica’s Police Chief Daniel Carbon is shooting down claims of low morale in the police force.Speculations have been at an all-time high, that the morale within the force is deteriorating, following the alleged involvement of law enforcement officials in criminal activities.
But Carbon says if anything, the morale in the force is high and these claims are coming from mischievous persons wanting to sew rebellion in the force.
