The Portsmouth Secondary School is the winner of the Kweyol Choral Speech Competition held at the Arawak House of Culture on Wednesday.
The competition was held among 5 secondary schools namely the Convent High School, the Dominica Community High School, the Portsmouth Secondary school, the St Martin Secondary School and the St Mary's academy.
In third place, the St Martin secondary school amassed 271 points followed by the Convent High School in second place, with 274 points.
The PSS won with a total of 276 points.
