Prime Minister Skerrit tells Opposition Leader Lennox Linton do his work if he is serious about electoral reform?
Prime Minister, Roosevelt Skerrit, has issued a call to Opposition Leader, Lennox Linton, to "do his work" if he is really serious about Electoral Reform. "Talking about electoral reform and acting on electoral reform are two separate matters" says PM Skerrit.
In recent times, the UWP has made clear its position on amendments being proposed by the DLP Administration in relation to electoral reform.
Leader, Lennox Linton, has said his party is not in favour of what he has described as a " savage assault" on the electoral democracy here.
But PM Skerrit says as leader of the Parliamentary Opposition, Linton must sit with his party and submit their views and amendments to the legislation and allow the Commission to review.
