Journalist, Curtis Matthew, is defending himself following criticism from members of the public that he may have been very selective in interviews conducted following a meeting of the UWP Executive Tuesday evening.
Speaking to Q95's Hotseat Host Wednesday, Matthew says he made numerous attempts to speak with the leadership of the party but to no avail.
The general opinion of the persons interviewed were against the stance being taken by the UWP leadership.
While some claim Tuesday's meeting was geared at ousting the party's Deputy Leader, Sen. Dr. Thompson Fontaine said the meeting was geared at engaging Roseau South constituents to educate them on the constitution of the party and the way forward following serious allegations against the Deputy Leader.
