Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism Gerard Jean-Jacques says Dominica offers a truly unique experience, that simply cannot be found in other parts of the world. Jean-Jacques made these remarks during the opening ceremony of the inaugural call of the MV Carnival Pride on Sunday. He says the country offers not only genuine warmth from its people, but natural beauty as well.
