Syndicate farmers will reportedly soon have better quality road access to their farms, as the restoration of Feeder roads to Syndicate under the BAM feeder road Project, is said to be making smooth progress. Syndicate falls under lot one of the project and includes Mero-Cuba and Salisbury feeder roads.
Earlier this year, government signed contracts for the rehabilitation of ten (10) Feeder roads across the island.
During a recent site visit, Special project co-ordinator in the ministry of Agriculture Nicholls Esprit, says the contractor in charge of this project has already laid most of the ground work, and he expects road surfacing works to begin shortly.
