She was speaking at Wednesday Covid19 Press Briefing.
She then went on to explaining the instruction and procedure of home quarantine for these primary contacts, which includes 14-day home quarantine.
To prevent breach of quarantine, a mobile team is dispatched, and if all goes well, an official medical certificate is given to the contact to recognize them as safe.
