The Environmental Health Unit continues efforts towards eliminating breeding grounds of the Aedes Aegypti Mosquito
The Environmental Health Unit is continuing in its efforts towards eliminating the breeding grounds of the Aedes Aegypti Mosquito; the mosquito responsible for the spread of the Zika Virus.
Senior Environmental Health officer, Sylvester St Ville, says the breeding in water drums continues to pose a serious problem in the country's fight against the Aedes Aegypti.
St Ville says the aim of this project is to have these modified drums used as a model for all communities across Dominica.
