There may be an example of an extrajudicial killing happening right before our eyes, laments Attorney instructed on the matter of the Autopsy of Keyan Alexander.
 
Former Magistrate & Attorney, Tiyanni Behanzin speaking on behalf of the family of the late alleged kidnapper Keyan Alexander, updated the public on the standing of the autopsy report and the process by which it was handled by authorities. Behanzin revealed that just after seven (7) on Tuesday the family was informed of a need to come and identify the body, and were told to be there for ten 10am, without being informed of an inquest being opened at the court.
 
Behanzin said the family contacted him around after 9am yesterday to help deal with the matter, as they were only informed just hours before they called. He explained the proceedings that took place, some of which revealed themselves to be very unusual and haphazard.

Behanzin then described this case that may very well be an example of extrajudicial killing, and something that the people of Dominica need to wake up to.
