Tourism Minister, Robert Tonge, calls on customer care service providers to deliver service with a smile.
He says in its commitment to ensure customer satisfaction, the Discover Dominica Authority offers training courses to improve these skills. Tonge says visitors come to Dominica in search of a wonderful experience and it is the duty of the ministry of Tourism to guarantee this experience so that they will be sure to recommend the experience upon their return to their homeland.

In every country u travel to there will always be people who don't smile so don't use that u seems to find all excuses to blame ur failure on go invest some more attraction most of the tourist will say the people are friendly but there is nothing to buy and see
