A Tropical Wave is expected to produce increased cloudiness, scattered showers, and possible isolated thunderstorms, and is likely to move across Dominica and parts of the region by late today into Thursday.
This is the result of weak unstable conditions, due to the presence of an upper level trough, which is expected to bring along occasional cloudiness and scattered showers, during the next 24 hours.
Persons in areas prone to flooding, landslides and falling rocks, are advised to be vigilant and to exercise caution.
Moderate sea conditions are expected during the next 24 to 48 hours, with waves peaking near 7.0 feet.
