Two men are in police custody on suspicion of cultivating and possession of Cannabis after Police carried out two antidrug operations in Trafalgar and Geneva on Tuesday, September 6, 2016.
According to Police PRO, Sergeant Pelham Jno-Baptiste, during the operation in Trafalgar, police destroyed over 2,000 alleged cannabis plants.
Meanwhile, in Geneva police confiscated 454g of alleged cannabis weed, and uprooted and destroyed 4,392 alleged cannabis plants. One adult male of Newtown and another from Grand Bay are currently in police custody on suspicion of cultivating and possession of Cannabis.
