Meanwhile Leader of the United Workers Party, Lennox Linton, has released more of what he calls information, concerning the issue of the Layou River Hotel project, which was supported by the Economic Citizenship program. He referenced a letter written by Senior Counsel Jenner Armour, who was the Attorney General under the Dominica Freedom Party Administration, which had initiated that program, in the early 1990’s.
According to Linton, Jenner Armour’s letter exposed some inconsistencies regarding the use of monies acquired by the Economic Citizenship Programme, with respect to the Layou River Hotel Project.
