UWP Roseau South MP Joshua Francis has dismissed Prime Minister Skerrit’s allegation that Dominicans have been attacking foreign company Montreal Management Consultant EST (MMCE) as a total lie
UWP Roseau South Constituency Parliamentary Representative, Honorable Joshua Francis, has responded to the Prime Minister Skerrit’s allegation that Dominicans had been attacking foreign company Montreal Management Consultant EST (MMCE).
On Q95fm Radio on Wednesday, Honorable Joshua Francis dismissed Prime Minister Skerrit’s allegations as a total lie.
Francis is of the opinion that the allegations are meant as an attempt to distract Dominican’s away from the unaccounted $Billion Dollars from the sales of Dominica’s passports under the DLP Government’s CBI programs.
He also described the relationship between the MMCE and the government of Dominica, which according to the Prime Minister has continued without the execution of an agreement, as irresponsible leadership.
Meantime, Francis has countered claims made by Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit that MMCE has purchased lands in Bellevue for construction of houses for the country.
Francis described Skerrit’s contradiction as a signal for a change of government, and he reminded members of the diaspora of their responsibility to the country.
Francis reiterated the plans for his constituency and laments that while development is apparently occurring elsewhere, the DLP Regime is deliberately doing very little in the Roseau South Constituency.
