UWP leader Lennox Linton calls on Dominicans to join him and other leaders of the UWP in Layou this Thursday afternoon, in a picnic-like atmosphere, to see first-hand the location that has been the subject of so much contention, and which was supposed to have benefited Dominicans in so many meaningful ways, including the provision of some 400 local jobs, and several high class hotel rooms.
Linton expressed his gratitude to Dominicans for standing with him in raising funds to pay court fees to chartered accountant Keiron Pinard-Byrne. However, he proposes that Dominicans be reminded as to the reasons that the Layou River Hotel Project got to its current failed state.
