Wholistic Consciousness Advocate Rebecca Lake argues that it is up to each of us to embrace and create our happiness, although there are persons or factors that may try to take away from one’s happiness. She made that argument during a ‘Youth on Q’ program on Q95 on Thursday. The youth panel discussed the issue of toxic relationships in the society and ways in which solutions can be found to resolve such problems, when one’s well-being is threatened in some way, be it emotionally, psychologically, or even physically. Ms. Lake highlighted the importance of emotional intelligence, in dealing with such challenges.
