Track your expenses:
Give yourself a money makeover. Track your expenses, plan your spending and actively reduce your debt. Keep an emergency fund to cover unplanned expenses. 
Daily exercise
You brush your teeth every day; exercise is equally important for your daily routine. Turn off the TV or computer, and get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. To work your heart, it's got to be aerobic exercise. You've got lots of options: walking, jogging, biking, rowing machine, elliptical machine, swimming. But don't feel like you have to be an athlete. Walking is great exercise. Get 10 minutes here and there during the day. It all counts. Start with something simple, like parking in the far corner of the parking lot -- so you get those extra steps to the door. Take the stairs one or two flights instead of the elevator. If you take public transportation, get off one stop early and walk the rest. Get out at lunch to walk. Or walk with your significant other or your spouse after work. You'll get a bonus -- relaxation and stress reduction. 
For dull, oily and combination skin
Massage the skin with iced yogurt and sprinkle some sugar along with it. Now take orange halves and scrub gently until the granules melt. Wash the face with iced water and see the difference. 
Integrity
Integrity stretches to all aspects of an employee's job. An employee with integrity fosters trusting relationships with clients, coworkers and supervisors. Coworkers value the employee's ability to give honest feedback. Clients trust the employee's advice. Supervisors rely on the employee's high moral standards, trusting him not to steal from the company or create problems.

Keep your head up. Pray a lot. Educate yourself, work hard. Reach for the stars! 
Talk about your financial goals, memories & habits
“Things you want to talk about are your goals, dreams, visions for the future,” says Nicklas. “And talk about your parents. What kinds of conversations did you grow up with around money? Did your parents fight about money, were they spendthrifts, were they afraid to spend money? At the time of the month they paid the bills, was that a stressful experience?” Also discuss your current money habits — whether you live paycheck to paycheck, whether you are a saver, how you decide whether or not to buy something, what your attitude would be toward a windfall. If you find there are differences, there’s no need to freak out. You’re just learning about the other person, with an attitude of understanding. Later on, you’ll create out a setup that will work for both of you, even if you have different approaches.
