President of the United Workers Party (UWP), Lennox Linton, has expressed that there seems to be a disregard for the fundamental purpose of advocating for Electoral Reform, which is to ensure that elections in Dominica are conducted in a manner that is unbiased and just, thereby granting the Dominican people the privilege, which has been bestowed upon them by divine providence, to elect a government based on the majority votes of their conscience in a free and fair manner. Linton argues that the expeditiousness manner in which Justice Andre' was able to furnish recommendations was attributed to his recognition of the desires of the Dominican people, which had been presented to the consultant over the 3-year duration of his assignment.
