Prime Minister Roosevelt says the $275 Million supplementary items discussed in parliament is money well spent, as there is a strong possibility of daily flights from Miami to Dominica from January 2022.He listed some projects to be developed, the Portsmouth administrative building being a top priority along with abi-pass.
