President of the Dominica Manufacturers Association Severin McKenzie says since Hurricane Maria many of the manufacturing facilities are still in rubble, with many being non-operational.
Severin says one of the main reasons for that is the DMA is still waiting on the government to make a decision on easing up the conditions to access the $15M for manufacturing which was created over 2 years ago through the Aid bank.
