He stated that an employment contract is an agreement between an employer and employee that outlines the rights, obligations, and duties referred to as the contract's terms. Any question of remuneration should be clarified in the contract, which includes specific terms. However, if someone is unsure of these terminologies or is having trouble understanding their contract, they should speak with a lawyer or a trade unionist.
