If we talk Democratic we should act democratic says a resident of the Soufriere Constituency8/20/2018 Guest from the Soufriere constituency Chad Caesar, and a patriotic Dominican by nature, says is of the view that democracy needs to be expressed and practiced, because it plays a vital role in the operations of a country and its citizens. He says under a democratic country, electoral reform should also be embraced as it promotes fairness and gives one a fair chance. He was speaking as a special guest on the Patriots Voices on Q hosted by CCM President Loftus Durand, and was asked to express his views on the democratic disposition of Dominica from his perspective. Meantime, Caesar says that too isn’t what democracy is not about. He says that it isn’t any person who is given the opportunity to be in the position to run a country, and that the people need to send a message to these bigger heads. Meantime, Executive Member of the CCM John Blanchard speaking in support of Caesar said, we need to speak out.
