The Dominica Youth Business Trust has launched its tool library for Dominican entrepreneurs located on Charles Avenue on Goodwill Road. The tool library came about through a $35,000 donation by the Canadian funded Promotion of Regional Opportunities for Produce through Enterprise and Linkages (PROPEL) project.
