A project - Support Emergency Preparedness through Emergency Shelters funded by the US Agency for International Development & Implemented by the IOM in Dominica saw thirty four persons better trained in Amateur Radio Operations.
Program Manager, Dimitrios Champesis says this is to expand the network of trained persons in this area, particularly during the time of natural disasters.
