Former Education officer, Arendelle Thomas shares his professional opinion on why Dominica is witnessing an increase in student misconduct year in year out. Mr Thomas speaking via telephone interview on Q95 said the behavior patterns we are seeing are not the disease, but rather the symptoms of a much deeper issue. He says students with pride in their school will not act in ways that make former teachers like himself disappointed to a point of being saddened. It appears that Covid19 cases are increasing in Barbados, St Lucia, St Martin, St Vincent and others, & some islands like Barbados will go into lock-down from 3rd February. St. Martin has cancelled carnival celebrations, and beginning today, the Cabinet in Antigua will be meeting to put new measures in place.
