Bernard Wiltshire, former attorney general, says we should keep in mind that following the most recent election, observers called for reform. Highlighting that the elections were conducted using a biased method, but despite their warnings, the same technique was used to conduct two elections. More elections will be held, according to Mr. Wiltshire, until the electorate is prepared to challenge Mr. Skerrit. Election reform should be implemented if the public wants it, else it is obvious that we do not live in a democratic society. He argues that the opposition and the Dominican people should be more determined, unite, and stand by the idea that there shouldn't be any more elections in Dominica until the electoral system has been corrected. And it ought to be at least modified in compliance with the Caribbean Court of Justice's observations and recommendations. Bernard Wiltshire, former Attorney General
