Digicel announces the appointment of Mrs. Nikima Royer-Jno Baptiste as CEO of its St Lucia operations effective 1st February 2022, with responsibility for driving all aspects of the business there

​Digicel has announced the appointment of Nikima Royer-Jno Baptiste as CEO of its operations in St. Lucia effective 1st February 2022. In this role, Mrs. Royer-Jno Baptiste will have responsibility for driving all aspects of the business as the Digital Operator journey continues.
 
Royer-Jno Baptiste moves to head up the St. Lucia team from Digicel Dominica where she served as CEO for the last 5 years. She also served as Chairman of Digicel’s Group Business Continuity Management team since 2018.  As customers of all types embrace a digital lifestyle, she is charged with fostering growth and innovation across the mobile, Digicel Business and Digicel + business lines and, importantly, ensure culture and community impact are at the heart of the company’s activities.She has worked with Digicel for seven years with key roles in management, analysis and administration.
