General Manager of Dominica Cooperative Societies League Ltd, Phoenix Belfield, says one of the main fears of persons with money are those who are aspiring to have money. He was a guest on the “Roots Connection” Program on Q95. His Statement came as Dominica observes the month of April as “Financial Literacy Month”. Belfield said having the Proper discipline when it comes to saving is another reason that will encourage saving.
