Dr Fontaine emphasized the need for reflection, and raised concerns about the support for such failures by a segment of the population. Dr Fontaine expressing deep concern about the role of enablers within the system who are not holding those in power accountable. He emphasized the need for truth-telling and speaking out against such misdeeds.
