Leader of the Dominica Concerned citizens Movement Loftus Durand says that Haitians and chines are slowly taking over

​Speaking on the issue of Haitian Nationals receiving easy access to Dominican passports and citizenship, Leader of the Concerned Citizen movement Loftus Durand says shared his concerns the matter saying that the possibility of Haitians being used to swing the elections in the favor of the DLP is a serious possibility.
Durand whilst speaking via telephone on Qfm says that, looking at the signs as well as the track record of this present administration, 
“I am very weary, Dominicans should be as well, when there are indications to suggest that our Haitians brothers and sisters, it is alleged that they are being used to basically , do what they have to do at the next general elections to have this rouge regime to stay on the backs of the Dominican people.”
He says that the chines and the Haitians are slowly but surely taking over the country of Dominica.
He says that sources have informed him that plane loads of Haitians have been coming into Dominica by night with the intentions to swing the elections.

He says that we need a serious reality check here in Dominica, as the economic power is slowly being shifted to chines and other foreign powers.
